Guest Speakers - Ian Debono and Andrew Noble

Ian Debono - Extended Care Paramedic, SA Ambulance Service

Ian began his health career in nursing, working throughout N.S.W and South Australia in both regional and metropolitan hospitals. He has worked for SA Ambulance Service in a variety of leadership, education and clinical roles for 27 years. He have worked as an Extended Care Paramedic (ECP) for the last 12 years. Ian has had personal experience in caring for a loved one who is in the care of a palliative care team and this very positive experience has helped shape his approach to those patients in our community requiring palliative care.

Andrew Noble - Extended Care Paramedic Team Leader, SA Ambulance Service

Andrew Has worked for SA Ambulance in various roles for 28 years, the last 15 as an ECP. As well as ECP Clinical Team Leader he coordinates ECP training and is a senior clinical lecturer at Flinders University. He has a particular interest in Paramedic primary and palliative care.
