Our next trip on the roster is popping over to Mount Hotham for another (YES ANOTHER) week of good times and incredulous memory making. Join the crew from 27th July to the 1st August for some excellent peak season skiing right before the Uni blues set it and get KEEN!! After a few years hiatus, MUSKI returns to Ski Players lodge, fit with a sauna and pool table, for a second unbelievable week of shredding at Hotham!

Ticket Sales:
1. In-person presale at University Square at 6pm Sunday April 13th. $150 deposit required, no cash accepted. 50% of this trip's tickets will be sold at the presale.
2. Online ticket sales via Humanitix on Sunday April 21st. Link to be posted to our socials in advance. $150 deposit required, online payment only. The remaining 50% of tickets will be sold at the online sales.
3. Waitlists are available for all trips, and there is no limit to how many waitlists you can join. >95% of waitlisters were offered a spot on a trip in 2024.

Terms and Conditions:
1. $150 DEPOSIT – This is required to secure a place on trips. The $150 deposit can be refunded in the first 24hrs after ticket purchase. After 24hrs, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. MEMBERS ONLY – You must be signed up as a 2025 member to buy a ticket.
3. TRIPS LIMIT – Each member has a limit of two (2) trips. This does not include VIC IVs, Snow Nationals and Dawn 'til Dusk.
Members are also limited to one (1) week-long trip each. This includes Queenstown, Hotham Week A, Buller Week, Hotham Week B and Perisher Week. These are our most popular trips - so this rule ensures that all MUSKI members can have the chance to join us on them. Waitlists will be available after ticket allocation is exhausted. You may go on more than 2 trips ONLY if you are offered a ticket off the waitlist. You may NOT buy more than one (1) trip ticket at presale. You may NOT buy more than two (2) trip tickets online. If you have bought one (1) ticket at presale, you may NOT buy more than one (1) during online sales.
4. BUYING MORE THAN 2 TRIPS – Buying a third trip ticket will cause the first trip you purchased to be forfeited. Buying a second week-long trip ticket will cause the first trip you purchased to be forfeited. If a ticket is forfeited, your deposit will be lost.
5. 18+ YEARS OF AGE – Trips are only open to those of age at the time of trips. This is in part due to the serving of alcohol and related risks in the alpine environment.
6. MUSKI Trips Refund Policy:
- Within 24 hours of purchasing - 100% of deposit returned.
- Greater than 28 days’ notice - 100% of balance returned
- Between 21-27 days’ notice - 80% of balance returned
- Between 14-20 days’ notice - 60% of balance returned
- Between 7-13 days’ notice - 25% of balance returned
- Between 4-6 days’ notice - 15% of balance returned
- With 3 or fewer days’ notice - 0% of balance returned
NOTE: the balance amount (used to calculate % of refund) does not include the $150 deposit.
