There’s limited seating by design — that's to get you mingling, chatting and connecting with people you might not know yet.
Tonight, Ella is your home.

8 - 8:30pm — collect a cocktail and an oyster as you arrive

8:30 - 10pm — its dinner time 

10pm — finishing with a sweet treat with a tasty shot pairing 

We encourage you to head to the bar, settle in and make yourself at home.
Minoli grew up surrounded by community — not at formal tables, but on couches, lounging around the home with music playing and stories flowing.
Hospitality was casual, warm and open. That’s the spirit we’re bringing to this night.

Tonight, there are two bars and you can order your drinks straight from the bar. Cocktails and spirits inside + wines and cans outside
