The House of Re-Membering

A participatory experience where “Haunted House” meets theater, ritual and somatic play.

We welcome you beyond the veil to encounter the horrors of today, and open up cracks in the fabric of time for the shaping of tomorrow. 

Throughout history, humans have used art and communal rituals to find coherence amidst chaos and uncertainty. Early theater emerged from these practices, using music, dance, and drama to invoke the divine, process collective trauma, and create shared encounters with spirit.

Today, as we face escalating crises and the unraveling of modernity itself, the House of Re-Membering calls us back to our resilient roots to reclaim these traditions.

We invite you to participate in this immersive art experience, journeying through dream-like scenes where we confront the ghosts of our times and the twisted realities of empire. Together, we will metabolize our shared struggles and reimagine our world as it unravels and transforms.

Safety & Sensitivity

During this experience, you will be moving through a series of low-lit rooms with a group of 6-7 people, and also be in a large room with up to 70 people. There are 2 sets of stairs. 

We highly encourage all participants to take covid tests before arriving at the venue. Please do not attend if you are feeling sick. Masks optional.

Expect evocative material, not jump scares. Know your own resilience. Nervous system support is considered in our design.
