Your afternoon includes a glass of NV Lark Hill ‘Regional’ Blanc de Blanc Sparkling on arrival and chef-curated light lunch canapés:
• Braised leek & comté croquette
• Buttermilk fried chicken with mixed herb mayo
• Prawn brioche roll with sauce marie rose & nasturtium
• Tartlet of kingfish with lemon myrtle
