We are holding a webinar to mark the launch of our Special Collection - Housing. An extraordinarily important kaupapa for communities especially given so many whānau have already experienced devastating housing disruption in 2023.

Join us for our first crucial webinar of the year – Housing for all – speaking to the housing research landscape and actioning solutions which marks the launch of Community Research’s Special Collection on Housing. This webinar is aimed at all community researchers, housing advocates, planners and councils. We want to engage all those involved in health, housing, and community outcomes.

An enquiry into what housing research was available was commissioned by Community Research. As a result of this report, it was identified that several gaps exist in the current available housing research landscape.

The gaps identified were:

a) renting/tenancy (aside from older people)

b) lived experience

c) homelessness/ houselessness

d) Rangatahi housing

This webinar will be an opportunity for us to collectively ask what actionable steps can be taken to address the gaps in the research and services for housing in Aotearoa.

We are excited to host an experienced group of housing service providers and researchers to this webinar to give a real insight into the current housing situation in Aotearoa.

Presenters:
