Event description

Join Housing Hub for a special free in-person event featuring Alecia Rathbone, Chief Executive, and Kaitlyn King, who leads our Home and Living Support Coordination team. Together, they’ll share valuable insights into accessible housing and available options, and how you can support participants to find the right home and support.

This event is designed to help you:

  • Expand your understanding of home and living options available to NDIS participants and discuss strategies to support positive outcomes

  • Connect with peers to share ideas, discuss challenges, and explore solutions

  • Learn about Housing Hub’s services and resources, including our Home and Living team

This event is for Support Coordinators and Allied Health professionals who want to strengthen connections, share experiences, and explore practical approaches to the challenges of supporting participants with home and living solutions.

Whether you're new to this space or looking to refine your approach, this event offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen your practice and improve outcomes for the people you support.

This event is catered, so you can relax and enjoy some refreshments while you connect and learn.
