Finding the right home can be complex. Better outcomes often begin with the right information, local knowledge and connections.
Housing Hub Connect is an informal, discussion-based event bringing together people involved in disability housing and support.
We’ll talk about the housing challenges people are experiencing, share what we are seeing across the sector and explore how we can work together more effectively.
It is an opportunity to:
discuss current housing barriers and gaps
share local knowledge and different perspectives
build useful connections across housing, disability and community services
learn more about Housing Hub and the support available
identify practical opportunities to improve housing outcomes
We welcome people with disability, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, housing and support providers, advocates and community organisations.
You do not need to be a housing expert. Come along, contribute to the conversation and connect with others working toward better housing outcomes.
