Housing-related bills passed in the 2025 legislative session are now going into effect in 2026. If your practice is considering taller residential single-stair buildings or any for-sale residential projects with two or more units, there are exciting new opportunities for architects who do this work. These new policies have specific design and contract requirements that must be met though.

Join the AIA Colorado Housing Committee and Advocacy Engagement Director Nikolaus Remus as we dig into the specific code and liability considerations that architects need to understand for new types of multifamily residential projects. This webinar will help you take advantage of new statewide policies intended to promote residential development, as well as discuss these topics with your design team, client, insurance agent, and local governments.
