Event description

Join us for a fantastic free family-friendly evening investigating the secret life of bats & debunking the myths and fears associated with these fascinating creatures!

Flying Foxes play a crucial role in maintaining the health & diversity of our box gum woodlands.

Learn more about our forest-planting nocturnal neighbours in this spotlighting walk along the beautiful Galari Billa (Lachlan River).

This is an outdoors event and will include a short walk along the pathway bordering the river. We'd encourage you to dress for the weather & wear enclosed shoes. All children to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

While the event is free, we'd appreciate it if you could book tickets so we can plan appropriately.
