Event description

How can Service Design improve citizens' lives? How is the South Australian government working to improve our digital experiences through human-centred design?

The Office for Digital Government is uniquely positioned to build service design capability across government and embed a human-centred approach to improve digital services for South Australians. What are the challenges they are facing? What are the gains?

For our next event, Susi Masi will take us on a journey based on her experience working on many whole-of-government digital initiatives. She will share some learnings through a case study and will inspire us with some lessons learned. If you have got questions on how to start implementing a Human-Centred Design mindset in your team, join Susi and fellow members for a great informative session.
