How Do You Drink Your Tea
100+ Handmade Teaware Exhibition | 18-21 Dec, 2025
This is Toolong Studio’s first major exhibition in Melbourne, bringing together over 100 contemporary handmade teaware pieces by artists from Japan and China, alongside specialty oolong teas from Taiwan.
During the exhibition, we’ll be brewing six types of specialty oolong tea for visitors to taste, smell, and experience, each with its own story and character.
Brewing tea isn’t just about slowing down — it’s a world that connects art, culture, science, aesthetics, and history, shaping the way we drink and understand tea today.
Through this exhibition, we invite you to share how you drink tea and to reimagine the everyday ritual through bold, wild, and unique designs by contemporary artists.
