Craig Castree is an award-winning Horticulturist with 45 years’ experience at growing his own food organically and creating edible gardens.

He is a Published author 6 books all pointed toward being self sufficient on an urban block.

You will have no doubt seen him on channel 7TWO on Vasilis Garden as one of the regular presenters, or heard him speaking on 3AW, and on 88.3 Southern FM.

Now see him speak live on “How the health of Soil affects our own health” and how to reduce chemical inputs in your garden and increase the health of your soil, plants, and your own health at the same time!

Craig will have books and Refractometers for sale.

Drysdale Harvest Basket monthly food swap is on first at 9.30am, then Craig at 10.30-11.30, then the Bellarine Food Scraps and Compost Warriors at 11.30.
