This training course has been developed for council staff that assess Section 125 and/or 138 applications.
This session will demonstrate the council components of the Roads Act service including:
• Reviewing an application for completeness
• Requesting additional information from the applicant
• Referring the application to relevant agencies
• Lodging the application
• Re-assigning an application to a colleague
• Capturing the determination.
Note: This session will not demonstrate the applicant steps within the process, nor provide an overview of the NSW Planning Portal dashboard.
