Presenter Bio:
Ben Gracewood, is the Chief Experience Officer at Westpac New Zealand, where he’s helping the team to unlock its potential. Ben is skilled at building inclusive, high-performing engineering teams, having built Vend’s team responsible for safely deploying changes every six minutes, and ultimately powering Vend to a US$350m exit.
He also co-founded the Codemania software developers conference, and is a keen bike rider when out of the office.
