How to build a remote-first culture | Online workshop
Wednesday, 15 September 2021, 10am - 11:30am
SaaS and digital businesses are often well-positioned to adopt remote working cultures, due to the distributed nature of the products and services they offer. However, it can be difficult to create an efficient work culture that balances remote working with co-located teams, without creating silos or communication breakdowns.
This free workshop is targeted at teams and leaders looking to create a more flexible and trusting working environment that allows for people to work from any location, as well as those exploring remote hiring opportunities.
Using a case study of Hypr, a business that’s effectively used a remote-working structure since it launched, this workshop will share top tips on how to implement a remote-working culture.
