Movement is a crucial part of our physical and mental health, but it's also a key stepping stone to independence, and a great way to connect with your local community. NDIS Participants and families, join our informative webinar to find out how you can use your NDIS plan to incorporate more movement (and its benefits) into your life.
Our panel of NDIS service provider experts will discuss key strategies to enhance your independence, community engagement, and overall well-being through movement.
- Gabi Estherby is a Exercise Scientist working on her Masters Degree to become a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. She is passionate about how movement and exercise is the pathway to greater independence, capacity building and community engagement. Gabi is with Optimum Health Solutions which is a multidisciplinary allied health organisation who takes a very evidence based approach to providing care and helping NDIS participants reach their goals.
- Stefan Giardini is an Osteopath who works with NDIS participants looking to improve their movement and mobility. He has a positive and optimistic coaching approach that motivates and helps clients gain confidence to pursue their goals. Stefan work with Belong Healthcare, a multidisciplinary allied health organisation that is passionate about inclusion, empowerment and personalised care.
