How to Develop a Mindset for Innovation

This dynamic workshop invites participants to explore how a growth mindset fuels creativity and communication. Through self reflection, hands-on exercises, guided discussions, and ‘limitless brainstorming', participants will enhance their creative thinking skills and discover how to develop a growth mindset. 

Harnessing a growth mindset is essential for embracing innovation, and promoting curiosity, problem solving and effective communication skills.

By the end of How to Develop a Mindset for Innovation, you'll be able to: 

• Develop a growth mindset that fosters a positive attitude towards continuous learning
• Use creative thinking methods eg. ‘limitless brainstorming’, to generate ideas
• Strengthen communication skills to enhance self-awareness and idea sharing
