Description

The need for stories in the charity sector continues to grow but many organisations lack the capacity to manage demand. Investment in capacity has rarely kept pace with growth in demand.

In this FREE one-hour lunchtime session we will introduce you to the three essential pillars of a storytelling and share what needs to happen for each pillar to function well.

We will talk about:

·      Story management: the operational systems, processes, and polices.

·      Story gathering: the activity undertaken to capture lived experiences.

·      Storytelling: when stories go live.

After the workshop you will receive our free handout with your action list for developing your strategy.
