Fighting food waste at your school

Research suggests food waste is a big problem in Australian Schools with school canteens generating a large amount of food waste and students wasting up to one-third of the food provided to them. This ResourceSmart Schools workshop explores opportunities to address food waste at schools through education, engagement and better management practices.
