Cooking is a skill for life! Learn how to plan, prepare, and cook delicious meals that are both healthy and nutritious! Learn to cook the meals that you want to cook to share with your family, careers, and friends! Connect with new people in your community who are also interested in learning a new skill!

Approximate 8 week agenda:

Week 1 - Planning our meals - We will make a simple meal, plan our meals for the upcoming weeks, food safety, PPE, and develop an agreement for group expectations

Week 2 - Meal 1 - Shop for and make our 1st meal

Week 3 - Meal 2 - Shop for and prepare our 2nd meal

Week 4 - Meal 3 - We will have a look at fast food nutrition and make our 3rd meal

Week 5 - Meal 4 - We will look at how we can make each meal healthy and nutritious, and make our 4th meal

Week 6 - Meal 5 - This week will be a time-management challenge, and we will be working on a 2-course meal

week 7 - Meal 6 - We will follow on from the previous week and make another 2-course meal

Week 8 - Meal 7 - For the last week, the group will have to improvise a meal with the provided ingredients
