Please Note: When purchasing tickets, please fill out new forms for each child when purchasing for several children as we need individual Contact and Medical information for each participant

Runs every Tuesday 3.45pm to 5.00pm, Week 2 to Week 9  

Afternoon tea to be provided.  

Start: Tue, 22nd October 2024

Finish: Tue, 10th December 2024

For a young person, a job can be a fantastic way to earn some money, learn life lessons, and connect with new people…but figuring out what you need to get a job can be complicated!  We’ll work together to learn the process involved in getting a job!

Not sure about the sort of work you want to do in the future? We’ll also do career exploration and coaching to think about the sort of work that might suit your future self!

Approximate 8 week outline (each week will also include career exploration and coaching):

Week 1 - What you need before you start working?

Week 2 -Writing a resume

Week 3 - Cover letters

Week 4 - Revisiting resumes and cover letters

Week 5 - Job interviews

Week 6 - Expectations at work

Week 7 - Communication at work

Week 8 - Where can I find a job?
