How to Keep Your Customers

Event description

Many startups, scaleups and SMEs worry about keeping their first customers - the ones that supported them from the start. How do you maintain those crucial relationships as your business evolves?

Scaling a business, iterating on products/services, and expanding offerings can unintentionally lead to neglecting your earliest and most dedicated clients. This workshop will address that challenge and equip you with strategies to re-engage and retain the customers who helped you get started.

You will learn

  • How to Re-engage Early Customers: Effective tactics to reconnect with and retain your first and most dedicated clients.
  • Quick Wins for Lean Scaleups: Simple strategies to incorporate effective client management into your existing team structure.
  • Balancing Now and Future Priorities: Guidance on what to prioritise now for maximum impact and how to plan for long-term client success as you scale.
  • Lessons from the Field: Practical insights drawn from years of hands-on and management experience in business and client management.

Is this workshop for you?

Are you a B2B startup or SME transitioning to scale-up? Is your business model focused on nurturing long-term client relationships? Do you want to expand your client base without losing the trust and loyalty of your earliest supporters? If so, this workshop is designed for you.
