Event description
About This Event
As the global focus on climate change continues to intensify, an increasing number of organisations of all sizes are exploring ways they can reduce their environmental and social footprint. The session will cover:
- The difference between ESG & sustainability
- The business case for sustainability
- Understanding your footprint
- Setting objectives, priority areas and targets
- Identifying initiatives, including quick wins and “flagship” opportunities
- Staff engagement and behaviour change
- Effective implementation through action planning
- Measurements and reporting
