Stephanie Morley is the Trade and Investment Commissioner for the French Trade and Investment Commission, Business France Australia. Business France is France’ government led agency supporting the international development of the French economy. Based in Sydney, Business France provides support to assist over 150+ companies each year.Â
Stephanie leads a team of senior business development experts to facilitate research, industrial and trade development collaboration and investment opportunities in Australia. Stephanie is also acting as a coordinator for agribusiness in the Southeast Asia and Oceania regions.
Stephanie has 25 years experience in economic diplomacy, international trade and investment and project management with government bodies. Stephanie has gained extensive multi-sectoral knowledge, with a key focus on the technology sector, in assisting French companies to evaluate and identify business opportunities in the UK, Eastern European countries and Russia.
Mr Vincent Hebrail - Embassy of FranceÂ
Mr Vincent Hebrail, with a background in engineering, has worked for 12 years for the French Ministry of agriculture, on a diverse range of matters. These include plant health, pesticide use, Brexit, international trade, agricultural economics, agroecology, environmental performance of farms, sanitary and phytosanitary inspections, and at the local, national, European and international levels. This career path has allowed him to gather a large network on these matters.Â
In January 2022, he was appointed as a Counsellor at the Embassy of France to Australia, covering agriculture, agrifood, forestry and fisheries matters, for both Australia and New Zealand. His main lines of work focus on cooperation, market access, and globally on enhancing the relationship between France and Australia on agriculture in a mutually beneficial way.
