Event description

The Australian Law Reform Commission is reviewing Australia’s surrogacy laws. Submissions on the Issues Paper will be open in June and close in July 2025.

Submissions from the community – intended parents and parents through surrogacy, surrogates and their partners and persons born will be crucial for informing the review and the recommendations.

The Zoom session will be recorded and available on request. Please do not share the Zoom link – everyone who wishes to attend must register beforehand.
