    VINEGAR MAKING & FERMENTATION STARTERS!!

    Vinegars can be made from fruit scraps, flowers, herbs and even vegetables and my previous attendees have found this invaluable for their daily use - from adding to pets water, dressings, cooking to hair care and cleaning.

    Fermentation Starters can boost your vinegars, wines, drinks, shorten time to create a new sourdough starter... basically it can replace the need for yeast. The ginger bug is a fermentation starter.

    Fee $120 per person

    Samples and instructions will be taken home with you to continue the process.

    Morning Tea will be provided including a variety of herb teas but NOT coffee.

    You will also be supplied with a booklet including processes and recipes for you to take home.
