How to set up and manage a place-based project for success
Event description

This interactive session will explore how you can give your place-or-community-based project the best chance of success.
Why you should attend this session
Place projects are complex and challenging.
According to studies, some 60–90% of strategic plans never fully launch. The causes of derailment vary widely. While poor implementation is one key reason, the strategy preparation and design process itself can be the real problem, according to the Harvard Business Review.
