Why this workshop?
Ever been in a relationship or situation that just feels… stuck?
You’ve tried talking about it. You’ve tried changing your approach. Maybe you’ve even had the same conversation a dozen times, and somehow you keep ending up in the same place.
Often the problem isn’t the people. It’s the dynamic between them.
Power Mapping is a practical tool for making those dynamics visible. It helps us look beyond what people are saying and doing to notice the different forms of power shaping the relationship... and how those patterns can keep us stuck in conflict, avoidance, frustration, or artificial harmony.
In this one-hour session, we’ll introduce the Power Mapping tool and put it to work. You’ll map a real relationship or situation, explore what you might be missing, and consider where there may be opportunities to shift the dynamic.
Because sometimes getting unstuck doesn’t require a better argument, a harder conversation, or a different person.
Sometimes we just need to see the pattern differently.
You’ll leave with a practical tool you can use to make sense of challenging relationships, navigate power dynamics more consciously, and find new possibilities for action when things feel stuck.
