How to Meditate: Visualisation and Imagination

A 4 week teaching

Visual images are especially potent symbols that can affect us in powerful ways. In this course, we will look at how to tap into our ability to visualise and imagine, overcome obstacles that hinder us, and explore the different ways we can meditate with visualisations. Each weekly session will include explanation, guided meditations and Q&A. No pre-requisite needed; all are welcome.
