Event description
MONSU Student Rights + Support is holding a free information session for students who received a level 3 NoUP and need to complete the ‘My Academic Progress Response’ form.
Date: Tuesday 19th December 2023
Time: 6 pm - 7 pm
Location: Attend via Zoom Webinar (register to receive the link)
All attendees will be anonymous
This session will support you in providing a strong response to the university, with useful hints and tips on how to complete the form. MONSU SR+S will explain how to clearly detail your circumstances, what supporting documents to provide, how to organise a support person if you are called to a hearing and what support services to mention in your response.
What is a NoUP?
A Notice of Unsatisfactory Progress (NoUP) is a letter sent to you by your Faculty if you have, or are at risk of having unsatisfactory academic progress. This letter will be sent within 10 university working days after the end-of-semester release of results and you will be assigned one of three risk levels.Â
Please note, it is important that students submit their form by the due date. Level 3 students, if you do not submit your form by the due date, you are at risk of being excluded with no right of appeal.
This event is only for Caulfield and Peninsula undergraduate students.
