In June 2024, new functionality was released in the NSW Planning Portal that enabled a council or private certifier to return a complying development or post-consent certificate application. The step-by-step guide can be viewed in the Knowledge management section of the NSW Planning Portal.

This session will demonstrate how a council or private certifier can return a complying development or post-consent certificate application to the applicant.

Note: This session will not demonstrate the applicant steps within the process, nor provide an overview of the NSW Planning Portal dashboard. This training is for council staff and private certifiers only.
