Event description

This training course has been developed for council staff that assess Section 68 of the Local Government Act applications via the NSW Planning Portal.

This session will demonstrate the council components of the workflow including:

• Reviewing an application for completeness

• Requesting additional information

• Referring the application to an agency (if applicable)

• Lodging an application

• Re-assigning an application to a colleague

• Capturing the determination.

Note: This session will not demonstrate the applicant steps within the process, nor provide an overview of the NSW Planning Portal dashboard.
