Kate leads Purpose Plus by Tender Plus, a bespoke service for grant seekers. Purpose Plus helps charities and social enterprises successfully navigate the grants landscape, find best-fit funding opportunities, and develop winning proposals. Areas of focus include social justice, climate, health, and capacity building.

As an experienced grants strategist, Kate has helped hundreds of organisations find, secure, and manage millions of dollars including from government, trusts, and foundations since 2011. Her diverse experience includes working in government, grant-making foundations, charities, and purpose-led small businesses. This has given her unique insights into grant decision-making processes and the secrets to successful grant applications. Her grant research knowledge is informed by her previous role at The Grants Hub, a SaaS grants finder platform.
