How to Successfully Co-design a Tech Project

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Consumers' growing demand for cost, speed and improved functionality has accelerated the adoption of technology-driven service delivery across a number of industries.

As organisations come to better understand the potential of emerging technology, the need for tailored solutions that meet clients' specific requirements has never been greater. For organisations looking to implement new tools and platforms that create the most impact, taking a collaborative, co-design approach is the answer.

In this session, three of Australia’s leading legaltech entrepreneurs representing the startup side of co-design: Abe Sahely of beNEXT, Shirli Kirschner of Elker and Stewart Rasmussen of Syncly, will be joined by counterpart: Hester Leung, Chief Commercial Officer of My Specialised Accommodation Solutions. The panel will discuss the benefits of co-design in developing and implementing tech solutions. Our speakers will look at how to get the best out of your relationship and the best approach for a successful co-design experience. For instance, how do you charge for a project and who owns the IP?

This session, moderated by Niels Maartens, Chief Strategy Officer of YBF Ventures, will be of interest to both large organisations and tech startups looking to embrace co-designed projects.

This event is hosted by Lander & Rogers and YBF Ventures, partners in Australia's LawTech Hub.
