Description

This training course has been developed for council users that review and assess development applications.

This session will demonstrate the edit functionality available within the Online DA service including how to:

• Edit applicant entered information

• Edit council entered information  

• View the system generated document that identifies the changes made, and the email notifications sent during this process.

Note: This session will not demonstrate the applicant steps within the process, nor provide an overview of the NSW Planning Portal dashboard. This training is for council staff users only.
