Event description

Learn how to join and actively participate in a Zoom meeting. Presented by NZAC Professional Development Manager Millie Baker. This session will include:

  • How to set up a meeting on zoom and to share the meeting link 
  • How to share your screen and present/play your presentation/video etc. 
  • How to use the chat, break-out room and poll function
  • How to make someone co-host or to mute someone 
  • Considerations for streaming a live meeting on zoom (i.e. a branch meeting etc.)
  • Common troubleshooting 
  • How to change your name and add a virtual background (i.e. blur your background)
