Event description

Why are some brands more appealing to work for than others?

How do organisations hang onto really great people?

How can you use your power for good and in doing so, become an employer of choice?

Finding the right people, retaining them and creating an environment where they can thrive is a key ingredient for success. In a world of fake news, royal commissions and public scandals people are looking for meaning, a sense of purpose and an opportunity to contribute.

In this session we will explore how being a force for good can help you can attract and retain talent. Specifically, we will discuss how the workplace is changing, why culture matters, how to align people to your brand and build advocacy, and how to create a compelling employee value proposition that is more than just words on a page.

Join Principals Internal Brand Director, Claire Gallagher as she shares her tips on how attract and retain the right people.
