Changing “how we do things around here”: Organisational culture as both influence and outcome of implementation
Description
Why do technically sound, evidence‑based interventions so often struggle to embed in healthcare? This webinar examines organisational culture as a critical—yet often under‑considered—factor in implementation. Using examples from research in hospitals and aged care, Dr Kate Churruca explores how culture shapes implementation processes and outcomes, and things to consider when culture is both a barrier and the target of change.
