Figuring Things Out, Together
Event description
Figuring Things Out, Together — An Online Support Session for Young Adults (18–30).
Adulthood can be confusing, messy, and overwhelming — and no one really teaches us how to do it.
If you’ve ever thought, “Is it just me?” — this space is for you.
Join us for an online peer support session where we talk honestly about what it’s like to be navigating your 20s and early 30s. From identity and career to relationships, mental health, and the pressure to "have it all together" — no topic is too small or too awkward.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, unsure, burnt out, or just want to connect with others going through the same thing, this session is a place to pause, breathe, and realise you’re not the only one.
💬 What to expect:
A welcoming, judgment-free space for open conversation
Light structure with guiding questions and optional sharing
No pressure to speak — listening is participating, too
A chance to reflect, connect, and feel seen
🌏 Who it’s for:
You’re aged between 18–30
You’ve been feeling a bit lost or overwhelmed
You’re craving real connection and honest conversations
You want to hear from others who are figuring things out, too
🧠 Why this matters:
Support doesn’t have to look like therapy. Sometimes, it’s just hearing someone say, “Yeah… me too.”
This is a soft landing space for that kind of moment.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to join.
Come as you are — uncertain, curious, over it, tired, hopeful, or somewhere in between.
We’re so glad you’re here.
