Who is this masterclass for?

This masterclass is designed for People, HR and L&D professionals who want to take a more intentional and structured approach to shaping and developing their organisations. It is particularly relevant for those working in growing or evolving organisations, where priorities are shifting, resources are limited and people practices need to keep pace with business needs.

What is this masterclass about?

In growing organisations, People and HR teams are often busy responding to what the business needs today, leaving little space to intentionally shape what the organisation needs tomorrow.

But how do we move from recognising an opportunity or imagining a better future to actually making it happen? How do we build on what's already working, understand what needs to change and identify where to focus our efforts?

In this 90-minute interactive masterclass, we'll explore a practical, strengths-based thinking and planning approach that helps you move from ambition to action. Rather than jumping straight into solutions, you'll learn how to step back, look at a challenge from different perspectives, envision a desired future, assess your current reality and identify meaningful steps towards progress.

This is a hands-on planning lab. You'll bring a specific People & Culture topic from your own organisation and work through it using a structured thinking process that you can apply to other challenges in the future.

Topics could include strengthening feedback culture, improving onboarding, developing leadership capabilities, increasing employee engagement, improving cross-functional collaboration or evolving team practices as your organisation grows.

What will you learn?

In this masterclass, you will:
✔ Think intentionally: Learn a structured approach to exploring People & Culture challenges, moving beyond reactive problem-solving towards purposeful development.
✔ Envision and assess: Define what success could look like, recognise existing strengths and identify opportunities for meaningful improvement.
✔ Prioritise and plan: Identify where to focus your efforts and translate your thinking into realistic, actionable next steps.

Session format & expectations

• Format: Live virtual session on Microsoft Teams

• Group Size: 6–12 participants for an intimate, interactive experience

• Language: English

• Engagement: This is a highly interactive session, including breakout room discussions and reflection exercises. Participants should ensure they can be fully present, with no distractions or competing commitments.
