    Our free, 60-minute yarn will cover the following:

    • How to meet your RAP or D&I employment targets for Indigenous Australians.
    • The pros and cons of identified positions for Australian First Nations people.
    • Certification of Indigeneity in Australia - the tripartite test.
    • When and when not to ask for confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identities.
    • How to respectfully discuss Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identities.
    • Establishing and maintaining culturally Safe Workplaces.
    • Understanding cultural expectations, responsibilities, and priorities.
    • The history of the administration of Indigenous identities in Australia and the contemporary impacts of this.
