HR Community Peer Learning Group
Description
Our Peer Learning Groups are small, facilitated sessions designed to create a confidential space for reflection, shared learning and peer support around real People & HR challenges.
Each session brings together a small group of People, Talent and HR professionals and includes two ways to participate:
(up to) 2x Practice Case spots – bring a current challenge, situation or topic you’re working through and use dedicated time to explore it with the group. You’ll gain fresh perspectives, ideas and practical input from peers.
(up to) 2x Contributor spots – join without bringing your own challenge. Contribute your experience and perspectives to others’ cases while learning from the conversation.
The sessions are facilitated to ensure everyone has space to contribute and that discussions remain focused, supportive and practical.
When registering, please select the relevant ticket type depending on whether you’d like to bring a Practice Case or join as a Contributor.
The Peer Learning Groups are led by Ramona Fellermeier or Kathi Huber.
