Culturally Responsive Supervision: Session Overview

This session, part of a five-course series for HR professionals, explores the impact of culturally responsive supervision in diverse workplaces. Participants will learn to adapt supervision strategies to embrace cultural differences, strengthen cross-cultural communication skills, and build trust in culturally diverse supervisory relationships. The session also focuses on recognizing and mitigating biases that affect supervision, equipping attendees with the tools to foster inclusivity and equity in their leadership practices. Earn 3 PDCs for your participation.
