    HSC mindfulness sessions

    Event description

    De-stress, tune-out and relax with our four week mindfulness program for HSC students. Swap out your pens and books for an hour each Wednesday in August to take care of yourself! These sessions are open to students studying in Years 11 and 12 in 2024.


    Each booking includes a ticket to all 4 sessions as follows:

    7 August, 5-6pm - Pet therapy with Kovu with Saint Bernard
    14 August, 5-6pm - Painting for relaxation with artist Barbara Nell
    21 August, 5-6pm - Move more, stress less with Life Yoga*
    28 August, 5-6pm - Mindfulness techniques with Lynette De Wolff

    *On Wednesday 14 August, please bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel, and dress in active wear.

    TICKETS WILL OPEN FOR BOOKING ON 1 JULY.
