Our Workshops and Retreats have ovelapping content with contrasting focus.

The Workshops bring a three-fold focus: understanding elements from neuroscience and other investigative fields; providing efficient techniques and methods of meditation; and developing a framework (if not already existing) to establish and maintain regular practice.

The Retreats will use a simplified neuro-anatomical model through which to deepen meditative practices. It is anticipated that participants already have (or have had) a regular personal practice or have (or have had) some experience of meditation.

ROOMS - there are a number of rooms with bunk beds, and three rooms with queen-sized beds for couples. As a retreat space, the venue is designed as such, so please be aware that the room you are is extremely likely to be shared (unless you are coming as a couple).

PLEASE note that the cost for the weekend is $450. Registration of $300 through this website will need to be supplemented by a balance (of $150) on arrival. No cancellation refunds will be issued if made within one month of the event.
