All are warmly invited to our Brisbane Meditation Group of SRF Free Public Lecture by Self Realization Fellowship Monk of over 40 years, Brother Sevananda on Friday 31st of October, 7.30pm. The talk is entitled "How meditation can transform your life." which includes a guided meditation. After the talk there will be an informal gathering with light refreshments, where you can meet with the SRF Monastics, Members and Friends. There will also be books and other SRF Meditation Items available for purchase.

Please note: If you wish to attend the 'SRF Technique Review Classes' on Saturday, registration for the SRF Lessons is available on Friday night after the event talk at the registration desk.
