Event description

Local writer Dr Merrill Findlay‘s passion for words has taken her around the world. Her published work includes essays, feature articles and reportage for newspapers and magazines, academic papers for national and international journals, book chapters, blogs and websites, a critically acclaimed novel, and the libretto for a chamber opera, the Kate Kelly Song Cycle, for example. She believes passionately in the power of stories to effect change, and is excited about supporting local creatives to author their own stories and publish them on-line.
