Our 2025 Female Fitsposition is here ladies! Created for you, in celebration of you and of all of the beautiful women in our community.

WHEN: 28 JUNE 2025, 9:00AM-12:00PM

WHERE: GYRACC

Join us for an exclusive 3 hour workshop supporting women’s health and wellbeing. Highlighting women’s holistic wellness, gender inclusion, equality and independence.

Held at the incredible new amphitheater at GYRACC, hosted by Conscio Fit. This event is an exclusively unique opportunity for Katherine and surrounding communities.

Featuring a large group mat Pilates session, an introduction to women’s self defence workshop, an interactive women’s health panel, praised guest speakers, collaborative activities and much, much more - this event was created not just to fill your cup but to leave it overflowing.

Lock June the 28th in with the girls and get ready to roll your mats out around the amphitheater - we deserve this one ladies!!
