Be gently guided into a powerful breathwork journey, where your incredible body is supported to release old patterns and limiting beliefs.

Drop into the grounding, heart-opening energy of Mumma Cacao (yes, the chocolate one ) in a sacred ceremony.

Drift into deep meditation, immersed in the healing sounds of Char’s magical crystal bowls and other transformative instruments, all woven together with Tess’s soulful vocals.

Journey deep into the magic of the Solstice frequencies. Jupiter moving into watery Cancer supports emotional healing while Venus in Taurus encourages self care.

The Winter Solstice is a soft/reflective yet powerful time to connect with your authentic self as we slow down, reflect on what we are ready to release and plant the seeds for what we now wish to nurture ready for Spring.
